Troubelshoot
The Xtension Styler attaches to smooth non-porous surfaces only. Secure to any clean smooth non-porous surface by pushing down on the levers, activating the vacuum mount.

How to mount the Xtension Styler
Before troubleshooting, make sure you are mounting the Xtension Styler to a smooth, non-porous surface such as glass or plastic. The Xtension Styler will not adhere to painted walls, drywall or wood surfaces.
Problem
If your suction cup will not adhere properly after engaging the lever, it's possible that the clear part of your suction cup is rippled and not able to lay flush with a flat surface. This allows air to flow inside of the cup, causing it to fall.
Solution
Use a blow dryer to warm the clear portion of your suction cup for about 7-10 seconds then try to mount your Xtension Styler again. This will allow the suction cup to soften, evening out any ripples or deformities.
